No. All tenant information is entered and managed by property owners or administrators. Tenants do not need accounts.

You remain the owner of your data at all times.
Not at the moment. Track My Room currently allows you to record and track payments, but it does not process online payments. Online payment features may be introduced in the future.

Track My Room complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Property owners act as data controllers, and Track My Room acts as a data processor for tenant data entered into the system. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
